  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary based on courier delays, weather or other factors beyond our control.

We ship orders through reliable delivery partners across India.
Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order ships.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link (if available)

You can follow the shipment status until delivery.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your address and contact information are accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries if the courier cannot reach you

  • Additional charges for re-shipping due to customer error

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

7. Damaged or Open Package

If your package arrives damaged, open or tampered:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.

  2. Inform the delivery person immediately.

  3. Contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details.

We will check and assist with a replacement or solution.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.
