1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products include body jewelry and personal-use items, returns are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or missing parts.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used or opened body jewelry.

2. Return Window

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or replacement.

We cannot accept requests submitted after 48 hours.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, tags, and components must be included.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue (wrong item, damage, defect).

If the item is found used or altered, the return will be rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn jewelry

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Hygiene-sensitive body jewelry once opened

5. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement of the same product, or

  • Provide an alternative if the item is out of stock.

Replacements are processed only after we verify the issue through photos or after receiving the returned product when necessary.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after payment

  • Order cancelled before shipping

  • We are unable to replace a defective or wrong item

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

7. Return Shipping Charges
  • If the issue is our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping or arrange pickup.

  • If the customer requests a return for reasons not covered above, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

8. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.

9. Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product

  • A damaged product

  • A package with missing items

Please send us photos or videos within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement.
