What types of products do you sell?
We offer a wide range of body jewelry and piercing essentials, including studs, barbells, seamless rings, clickers, horseshoe rings, and more. All pieces are selected for durability, comfort, and everyday wear.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Most of our jewelry is made from stainless steel, surgical steel, or high-quality plated metals. While many customers with sensitive skin can wear these materials comfortably, we always recommend checking your personal metal sensitivities before use.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes:
3–5 days for metro cities
4–7 days for most other locations
7–10 days for remote areas
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking link and courier details via email or WhatsApp. You can check the delivery status anytime.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
What size jewelry should I buy?
Sizes vary based on piercing type. Most rings come in 6 mm, 8 mm, or 10 mm.

Are your pictures accurate to the actual product?
Yes, all product images are real. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but we aim to show products as clearly and accurately as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We’ll review the issue and provide a replacement if eligible.
